 You can store it unopened at room temperature for at least a year, it’s got a really long shelf life. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. If you’ve got any left we recommend cutting it up and freezing it and it can be kept frozen for up to 3 months. When you need to use it again, just defrost as you would any normal meat.
